What do I need to do before the Installer(s) arrive to fit my flooring?
We kindly ask that you ensure that any room which is having new flooring in is cleared of furniture where possible and any old flooring uplifted (we can do this if required, we charge a nominal fee - please let us know in advance of the day of fitting)
Can I use bleach on my new carpet?
Yes, if diluted 1 part bleach to 4 parts water and only as a very last resort.
We do however recommend using Vanish Oxy Action on stubborn stains and please just make sure you blot the carpet and do not scrub it.
How much do I have to pay when I place an order for my flooring?
A deposit of 25% is required, this will then secure your order with the balance due then on the day of fitting.
How can I pay?
Bridge Flooring accept all debit and credit cards* (*with the exception of American Express). We also take bank transfers or Cash. Cheques can be taken, on the understanding that they must have cleared before the order can be placed. Thank you.
